Women's Health Coaching
for the Active Woman

An integrated program combining physical therapy, hormonal health education, and functional nutrition — designed for active women who want to thrive in midlife, not just survive it.

Is This You?

You Deserve Care That Understands Your Body

You're active. You love the outdoors. But something has shifted — and your body isn't responding the way it used to. You've been told it's "just aging," but you know there's more to it.

You're still active but recovering slower

Workouts that used to feel easy now wipe you out. You're not injured — just depleted. Hormonal changes affect muscle recovery and energy in ways most practitioners miss.

Pelvic floor issues you've been ignoring

Leaking when you run or jump, pressure or heaviness, discomfort during intimacy — these are common but not normal, and they're absolutely treatable with the right care.

You feel dismissed by conventional healthcare

"That's just perimenopause" isn't a treatment plan. You want a practitioner who understands the intersection of hormones, movement, and performance — and has real solutions.

Joint pain, stiffness, or injuries that won't heal

Estrogen decline affects tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. What looks like a sports injury is often a hormonal issue — and treating it that way changes everything.

The Program

Integrated Care for the Whole You

Our women's health program brings together four pillars of care — because your hormones, your pelvic floor, your nutrition, and your movement are all connected.

Functional Nutrition

Anti-inflammatory eating strategies, protein optimization, and targeted nutrition to support hormonal balance, bone density, muscle maintenance, and energy during midlife.

Nervous System Support

Stress, sleep, and nervous system regulation strategies that directly impact hormonal health and recovery. Because training harder is not always the answer.

Movement Programming

Strength and movement programs designed for the perimenopausal body — prioritizing bone density, muscle mass, joint integrity, and continued athletic performance.

1:1 Personalized Coaching

Every session is fully tailored to you. No cookie-cutter protocols. No rushed appointments. We listen, we assess, and we build a plan that actually fits your life and goals.

FAQs

Common Questions About Women's Health Coaching

Estrogen and progesterone affect virtually every tissue in your body — including muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and the pelvic floor. As hormones fluctuate during perimenopause, women often experience increased injury risk, slower recovery, joint stiffness, pelvic floor dysfunction, and changes in body composition. A PT with women's health expertise can address all of these directly.
Standard PT typically focuses on one body part in isolation. Our women's health program looks at the whole system — hormones, pelvic floor, nutrition, nervous system, and movement patterns — together. We spend more time with you per session, and the treatment reflects the complexity of what you're experiencing.
No. While we specialize in perimenopause and menopause, this program is also excellent for postpartum women, women experiencing pelvic pain or dysfunction at any age, and any active woman who wants high-quality, whole-person physical therapy.
Every person is different. Many patients see significant improvement within 6–8 sessions; others benefit from ongoing support over several months. We'll discuss realistic expectations during your evaluation, and we never push unnecessary visits.
